Careful while editing a scheduled email - when you open the edit time window, the time automatically changes to the current time. This could have been a major stupid blunder. But in this context of emails and scheduling them, this is a really bad experience. The email sent immediately to my whole team at 2pm on a Sundayĭon’t get me wrong, not really a big deal for me. Top of the sheet had “cancel” and “done.”Tapped “done” since I didn’t do anything. When the sheet opened, I realized it was only to edit the date. Opened the email to edit recipients, so I tapped the only edit button available. Went to iOS mail, I saw the new category. When you’re ready, go to File > Save.Make sure the File Format dropdown menu is set to Application before you hit the Save button. The culprit could also be the Apple Mail preference file. Make sure all of the info listed here is correct. ![]() In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) section, select Edit SMTP Server List > Server Settings. Probably wasn’t available yet in that version or something, whatever. Check your outgoing mail settings: Open Apple Mail and select Preferences > Accounts > Your account > Account Information.
